Access and navigate Web sites more easily by allowing your browser to accept cookies and pop-ups.

Important: Be sure your system meets minimum requirements for your tax-year version of TurboTax.

Select your browser below and then follow the steps. (If your browser isn't listed, refer to the browser's Help.)

Internet Explorer
Firefox
Netscape
AOL
Safari

Internet Explorer

Follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab.
Under Settings, move the slider to Medium.
Under Pop-up Blocker, clear the Block pop-ups field.
Click OK.

Firefox

Follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Options window, select the Privacy icon.
Select Accept cookies from sites, and then click OK.
On the Options window, select the Content icon.
Clear the Block Popup Windows field, and then click OK.

Netscape

Follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Site Control icon.
Click the Site List tab.
Under Web Features, select Allow Pop-up Windows and Allow cookies.
Click OK.

AOL

Follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, click Settings.
Click the Internet Options button.
Click the Privacy tab.
Under Settings, move the slider to Medium.
Under Pop-up Blocker, clear the Block pop-ups field.

Safari

Follow these steps:

On the Safari menu, click Block Pop-Up Windows to remove the checkmark.
On the Safari menu, click Preferences.
Click the Security icon at the top of the window.
Under Accept Cookies, select Always.
Close the Preferences window to save the settings.
