TurboTax for Windows (Download/CD)

Below are the minimum requirements for TurboTax 2008 software installed on a Windows computer. The 2008 versions are Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business, and Business.

Windows XP (32-bit) Home / Media Center Edition / Pro with Service Pack 2 (or higher)

Federal: 500 MB for TurboTax (plus up to 500 MB for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft .NET 2.0 with Service Pack 1)

TurboTax for Mac (Download/CD)

Below are the minimum requirements for TurboTax 2008 software installed on a Macintosh computer. The 2008 versions are Basic, Deluxe, Premier, and Home & Business. TurboTax Business is not available for Mac.

Note: TurboTax 2008 for Mac does not support Mac OS 10.3.x (or lower). If you use Mac OS 10.3.x or lower, TurboTax Online is an option for you.

Note: TurboTax Online 2008 supports 64-bit Windows operating systems and browsers.
