TurboTax Online

From any screen in TurboTax Online, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the License Agreement link.
Click the View Printable Version button.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and then click the Print License Agreement button.

TurboTax Desktop (Windows)

On the Windows taskbar, right-click Start, then choose Explore.
Search for the TurboTax folder, located in the Program Files folder.
Double-click the TurboTax folder to open it, and then double-click the version folder (for example, Deluxe 2006).
Right-click the license file, choose Open With, and then choose WordPad or Microsoft Word.
Print the license agreement (Ctrl+P or choose Print from the File menu).

TurboTax Desktop (Macintosh)

While holding down the Control key, click the red TurboTax "checkmark" icon (the same icon you click when you open TurboTax).
Choose Show Package Contents.
Double-click the Contents folder, then the Resources folder, and finally the License.txt file.
Print the license agreement (Command+P or choose Print from the File menu).
